Cresclab Meta Automation (“the App”, operated by 漸強實驗室 / Crescendo Lab) stores limited data necessary to run the automated comment-reply and DM service for Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and Threads. You may request deletion of your data at any time using either of the methods below.
Sign in at https://social-automation.cresclab.com/login, go to Dashboard → Connections and click Disconnect on each connected Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or Threads account. Disconnecting immediately revokes the OAuth token and removes all stored Page/Instagram/Threads data, including encrypted access tokens, profile metadata, automation rules tied to those accounts, and trigger logs older than the retention window.
Email support@cresclab.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the email address you used to sign up, plus the Facebook Page ID(s) or Instagram username(s) whose data you want removed. We will confirm completion within 7 business days.
When you remove our App from your Facebook account (Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove “Crescendo Lab”), Meta sends a signed deletion request to our endpoint https://social-automation.cresclab.com/api/data-deletion. Upon receipt we permanently delete:

We do not store the body of comments or DMs beyond 30 days. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
